A 2 page indenture dated 24th March 1923 relating to 27 West Street, Buckingham.  It is between Arthur Loyns formerly of 59 Pelham Street, South Kensington but now of 268a Northdown Road, Margate (confectioner) and Thomas Risley Hearn of Buckingham (eq.).  Has one seal and signature and a witness signature.  Has been folded.
