Seller's Description
This is the 27th definitive issue of the Russian Republic. It features the Coat of Arms of the Post and Telegraph Dept. of Russia. This stamp is Scott Catalog #138A and was first issued in 1917. It is 28.5 x 32.5 mm in size with a perforation of 12 1/2. It is in dark green olive and bright violet pink color with a yellow or clear gum. It is printed using typography and an embossed method with a 7 ruble face value. This stamp is in Mint, Never Hinged condition with the Original Gum, and it has no defects.
