Unused. This is a complete unsealed envelope.
Some yellowing from age. It was folded so it could be enclosed in another envelope, probably a "stamped self-addressed envelope" that was not used.
The prestamped 2 cents envelope is Scott #U429 issued in 1916
The one cent stamp is Scott #552 issued in 1922
