"We, Alfred William Tooley, of Beechcroft, Leighton Buzzard, Corn Merchants, and George Frederick Richardson of 38 Cambridge Road, Lee, in the County of Kent, Accountant, do hereby declare the nature of this invention to be as follows: this invention relates to coverings for protecting outside passengers on omnibuses and like vehicles or goods in goods wagons, the object being to provide a form of covering which can be readily puyt into and out of use..."
