1836 agreement Hugh Davies, John Davies re Tygwyn estates

A three page copy of an agreement dated 6th October 1836 between Hugh Davies of Maesamydd (gent.) on behalf of Grace Vaughan of Tygwyn (dec) and Jno Davies of Fronhenlog.   It relates to the sale of her estates.  Lots of name and places mentioned.  Has been folded.  It is on Fellows 1836 watermarked paper.
