John Leith Ross, against George Fidler.  "John Leith Ross, Esq. brought an action before the Magistrates of Aberdeen against George Fidler, as representative of Thomas Fidler, who had been a tenant of Mr. Ross, for payment of L.30, with interest from the 25th of May 1807, at which period he said he had lent it to Thomas Fidler...".
