It is 1 package of 14 Elastics, in your color choice of neutrals or all shiny black. The pictures show the sizes of these compared to a AA battery.
The black ones seem to be thicker and heavier.
They are REALLY big, for really thick hair.
With the black packages, you may get packaging from any year. I have I think 5 different styles of packaging, from 2009, 2011, and 2012. If you are looking for one from a certain year, please let me know.
As always, the packaging and item may show shelf wear. Some cards are a bit more yellowed, as pictured. Sometimes these hair elastics lose elasticity over time. Please keep this in mind.Please do see the ruler in the pictures for the best description of the sizes.
