ExtraBond 9500 is a one component permanently flexible multiple purpose, easy to use, fast cure, Modified Polyurethane Sealant ExtraBond 9500 is environmentally friendly and offers excellent adhesion to vinyl, sheet metal, prepainted metals, wood, glass, aluminum, plastic, common construction substrates, of: window, door, siding, flashing and underlayment papers. Sealant does not contain any solvents or isocyanates and typically applied without the need of any primer.  ExtraBond 9500 has excellent weatherability , non yellowing, non staining,  paintable and stays permanently elastic. ExtraBond 9500 conforms to the requirements of ASIM C-920 Type S and TTS-0230C, grade NT, Class 25

DESCRIPTION: XB9500 is quick-curing high-performance polyether based caulk sealant for exterior or interior vertical joints. It cures smooth and is available in all popular colors, and custom colors.

  • Ideal for windows, doors, vinylwindow frames, expansion joints, concrete expansion joints, interfaces between dissimilar materials.
  • Xtrabond 9500 sealants are a one-component high-performance gun-grade moisture-curing modified polyurethane.
  • Solvent-free polyether, 100% solids sealant.
  • Very low VOC. Meets VOC code for ALL regions.
  • ODOR Free (no allergy problems ever reported).
  • Areas: Indoors or Exterior. 
  • Vertical or Horizontal Joints.
  • Designed for a wide range of sealing and caulking applications in active exterior joints. The material is rated for +/-25% joint movement. /span>
  • Guns well in even in cold weather and cures much quicker than standard polyurethanes.
  • Bonds well to most materials without a primer, including concrete and masonry, glass, natural stones, roof tiles,  and is ideal for horizontal and vertical joints, expansion joints, fascia, parapets and SBS flashings.
