I bought this on a recent trip to Whitehorse, Yukon.

This Black and White Postcard is of the S.S. White Horse at the Five Fingers Rapids on the Yukon River .

This Postcard is new and has never been mailed.

It measures approximately 6 X 4 inches.

This postcard is in excellent condition.

The rear reads:

The elegant "White Horse", known affectionately as the "Old Grey Mare", seen here inching her way through the Five Finger Rapids in 1898, was regarded as the Queen of the stern wheelers. These ships ultimately carried thousands of passengers, thousands of tons of freight and millions of dollars of placer gold.
