I went to an estate sale and purchased a box of what turned out to be a lot of stamped embroidery goods, so it is now your turn to get some great items at a discounted price. 

Most have not been opened, like this item. 

The title says MYSTERY and in a way, this item is a mystery. The title on the packaging shows the title of the item, "Lighthouse Lap Quilt", but other than the color chart, the legend and the colors and DMC skein numbers, little of anything else.  I have searched the Herrschner web site and this item is no longer listed, so I could not even grab a picture to show you.  Since this package has not been opened, I am reluctant to do so.  I can not tell you what type of fabric, although I would venture that it is a blend. I don't know the size of the lap top.   The instructions can be seen in the pictures along with the legend and stitch guide.  This item was still in the original packaging, and you can see the date at the bottom of the stitch quild.  From what I can see, there is more than one lighthouse on the fabric, but again, without opening the package, that's all I can tell you. 

There is no thread, backing or batting included.  Actually, that is the limit of what I can tell you about this item, like a said, in a way, it is a mystery to see how it will turn out.  Are you curious or venturous enough to purchase with just this information?  A pattern that may no longer be available, any where?  Maybe this is an item that will peak your interest in the unusual. 

From what I can tell from all the items in the box, the previous owner, would either just leave the kit and do nothing with it.  Or, would get the thread and include, or even get the thread and start the item.  Later, I will have a bunch of quilt blocks that this lady did exactly that, just started one block, but did not include the thread.
