This is for one pack in the Java Bean color scheme. The black ones have their own separate auction. Please visit that one if you would like to bid on those. It is 1 package of 14 Elastics, in the neutral colors pictured. The pictures show the sizes of these compared to a AA battery. The black ones seem to be thicker and heavier. They are REALLY big, for really thick hair. As always, the packaging and item may show shelf wear. Some cards are a bit more yellowed, as pictured. Sometimes these hair elastics lose elasticity over time. Please keep this in mind.Please do see the ruler in the pictures for the best description of the sizes.
