Simplicity 5378 sewing pattern. This 2003 dated pattern can be used to make a boys' or girls' hooded sweat tops and Sweat pants in sizes 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 6X.
Most of the pattern is uncut. One piece has been cut out of the main sheet but has not been trimmed. The pattern is not factory folded and some of it needs to be ironed.

CHILD'S PANTS AND JACKET WITH APPLIQUE VARIATIONS
Toddler zip up, hooded jackets with front pockets and optional sleeve patches and appliques. Elastic waist sweatpants with patch pockets.

Fabrics:
Flannel, Gingham, laundered Cottons, Denim, Pinwale Corduroy, Poplin, Twill, Cotton Interlock, lightweight Double Knits, Fleece, Sweatshirt Fleece, Stretch Velvet, Velour, Two Way Stretch, Nylon Sport Fabrics, Suede Cloth. Appliques in Fleece only. Not suitable for sleepwear. Extra fabric needed to match plaids, stripes or one-way design fabrics.

Notions:
Thread. Jacket: one 12" separating zipper for sizes 2, 3, 4, one 14" separating zipper for sizes 5, 6, 6X, embroidery thread (opt.), one pkg. of Wrights® 1/2" wide twill tape. Pants: two 1" wide Velcro® squares. Frog, Dog, Cat, Bear Appliques: embroidery thread.

The envelope is in fair condition with minor corner damage and creasing. The flap is starting to tear on the fold. (see Pictures).

The pattern pieces and instructions are in good, unused condition, but wrinkled.

Please Note that I ship patterns via letter mail, in a plain envelope and the listed postage is for that method. My Patterns are stored in a plastic storage bags and they are shipped in the same bag placed inside of a standard envelope. If you require any other packaging/shipping please let me know prior to paying for the item
