Simplicity 9746 sewing pattern. This 1995 dated pattern can be used to make a Misses' Blouse in 9 Styles, in sizes 8, 10, and 12.
The pattern is uncut and factory folded.

From the rear of the envelope:

MISSES' BLOUSE:
Button front Blouse with round or V neckline has bust darts, optional collar, side slits and patch pockets. Collar for round neckline can be lace. Blouse can be made with long sleeves pleated to French or standard cuffs, short sleeves, or can be sleeveless. Sleeves, collars and cuffs can be made in matching or contrasting fabrics; remember to add yardages together when necessary.

Fabrics:
Gingham, Laundered Cottons, Broadcloth, Chambray, Cotton and Cotton Blends, Silks and Silk Types, Soft, lightweight Linen and Linen Blends.
Not suitable for obvious diagonals.
Extra fabric needed to match plaids, stripes or one-way design fabrics. For pile, shaded or one-way design fabrics, use with nap yardages/layouts.

Notions:
Thread. Blouse with long or short sleeves: 1/4" shoulder pads (opt.). Blouse with round neckline: Seven 1/2" buttons. Blouse with V neckline: Five 1/2" buttons. For long sleeves: Purchase two additional buttons.

The envelope is dirty on the front and rear as if it was sitting on the bottom of a pile for too long. The corners are starting to get beat up.
The envelope is stamped "Fabricland Distributers - No refund - No Return" And someone has written "Free" on the front of the envelope.

The pattern pieces and instructions are in good, unused condition.

The suggested materials and notion lists are also supplied in my listings.

Please Note that I ship patterns via letter mail, in a plain envelope and the listed postage is for that method. My Patterns are stored in a plastic storage bags and they are shipped in the same bag placed inside of a standard envelope. If you require any other packaging/shipping please let me know prior to paying for the item

Of course, as always, I combine shipping and all stated postage includes free insurance.
