This is Annin Flagmakers 145250 Texas Flag Nylon SolarGuard NYL-Glo, 2x3 Ft Made in USA. 

Beware of fakes listing as US made and they are not mine are from the Annin directly, as an authorized seller.

Batteries - I apologize don't normally ship with batteries most devices will not have the batteries in them (unless I get it with good batteries already installed. It is just not cost effective with both shipping and returns missing the batteries. Items that require power I have checked for function and if it does not work I will say so. I check battery compartments and will state if it is not clean in working order. 

Guarantees - 

I offer guarantees if needed. If it runs correctly I will let you know and if it is broken or for parts I will let you know. Items sold as pictured as described within eBid rules. 

Use of Items / safety - 

Not responsible for use or misuse of products sold, I am not the manufacture. Most items I sell are used. Flags are mostly new from the manufacture and if you have problems I may be able to help you with those. Bottom line I am not responsible for your mistakes giving items to children or individuals that should not have access to it. 

Returns 

I follow eBid rules and stay within their platform for all returns. 

I ask customers return items in original condition sent to them. I also request please only ask for returns when truly needed as this cost me and I am a small struggling business.

International -

due to the ever-changing international requirements and rules very few of my items will be available internationally.

I do my best to reduce cost for my customers I use used boxes and mailers when possible and try to keep weight down to reduce mailing cost. Please keep in mind I have to drive to the shipping location when boxes are larger. 

I am dedicated to preserving the environment, reducing the waste as much as possible. This is one of the reasons for using used boxes and bubble mailers. Please do the same and reuse my packaging whenever possible.
