Hi my name is Dave and for a few years now I have been on ebay, originally registered on Ebid several years ago but didnt have any success at all with what I was trying to sell, so here I am back having sourced some excellent products  For Women and men in Perfume and Eau Pe Parfum I will also be listing some body care products and cosmetics in the near future. My Goal is to supply you with a competively priced product most of which will include Postage and packaging in the price you see listed(unless otherwise stated).

 

I have a returns policy stated below and provided you follow this I will happily exchange or refund if you are not happy with your purchase.

To bring you a competitive price most of our products are dispatched from within the UK so as to bring the lowest prices we can, however please be aware that in certain circumstances the buyer will be responsible for any duty that needs to be paid at the time of delivery. however you should still find our prices competive with other suppliers of the same product.

I have not received my order

We send our items via  Royal Mail from the UK or an offshore location. Note that deliveries from off shore will still come via Royal Mail  .

Deliveries from the UK should arrive within 5-7 working days and from off shore in only 7-10 days.

Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours and take between 3 to 7 working days after dispatch to arrive.

Waiting for your order to arrive

Your order is with the Royal Mail who state that 90% of their First Class mail arrives the next day, but if yours doesn't the Royal Mail has the following advice:

Is it less than 4 working days since your mail should have arrived?

If so, hold tight, it's probably on its way but may have been held up by an incomplete address, no Postcode, or unusual circumstances.

Is it 4 to 10 days since your mail should have been delivered?

If so, the Royal Mail classes your item as officially delayed and they recommend that you should

  • check with your neighbours to see if a parcel has been left with them
  • check any outhouses you might have where mail may be left if it cannot fit through your letterbox
  • contact your local sorting office to see if the item has been returned to the depot as undelivered and awaiting collection.

Have 14 days past since you item was posted to you?

The Royal Mail will now class your item as lost and we will either send you a replacement or give you a refund. Please contact us stating your item  number, username and confirming that you have never received the item as we will pursue the issue with the Royal Mail for compensation and your letter will be used as evidence.

*NOTE* We cannot refund or replace items that the Royal Mail has lost until 14 days after the date it was dispatched to you.

 NON PAYING BIDDERS BEWARE!

According to EBid rules and regulations, you are legally obliged to pay for an item once you bid and have been successful in winning the item. Please complete checkout confirming method of payment

Payments should be made within 3 days of close of auction unless otherwise stated. 

Returns 

Should the need arise for an item to be returned you should contact us within 24 hours of reciept by email with details and we will respond with instructions. If return is agreed the item should be returned reaching us no later than 14 days from reciept, for a refund to take place item needs to be returned in orignal packaging unopened and undamaged unless agreed by us.any Refunds agreed will be for the full cost of the item(s) returned less postage and packaging. Our standard flat rate for postage,packing and handling is £1.50

Please note: buyer is responsible for postage costs of returning the item to us.
