Some Information About wholesale01
I am new to ebid , But 5+ years selling and buying on the internet. I come from 2 other big websites, which i will not mention names becouse it is not the right thing to do. I was a power seller with a feedback score of 99%. I had to leave becouse of there increased fees and policys. In order to be competitive and offer such lower prices you must sustain your ability to keep sale prices low. And that is what i will do at all cost. If custumer is not satified i can not be in buisness. I strive on 100% custumer service.
My company is a low cost, high quality provider of consumer products to meet the demands of its growing customer base. We are striving to meet the expectations of our customers in any feasible way possible. We stock what we sell, most items ship in within 24hours.
All my merchandise ships out of my storage. I do not dropship. If you don't know what this is: It is when someone purchases something the seller then emails the distributor or factory with your mailing information. The reason i do not dropship is becouse i am unaware of the products conditions when the buyer receives it
Shipping: Pruducts ship 24 hours after receiving payments with confirmation numbers. I use USPS and UPS.
Insurance USPS RATES for the United States.
$2.25 ................ $50.01 to $100
$2.75 ................ $100.01 to $200
$4.70 ................ $200.01 to $300
$5.70 ................ $300.01 to $400
$6.70 ................ $400.01 to $500
$7.70……………$500.01 to $600
$7.70 plus $1.00 per $100 or fraction thereof over $600 to $5,000 of declare value.
Returns Policy
Returns accepted if I am notified within 3 days from date of sale that the return is due to seller's error. Return package must be postmarked no later than three (3) days after original USPS Delivery Confirmation shows delivered. If the item is damaged by the USPS, seller is not responsible for damaged parcels that were not insured. Returns will be done at buyer's expense. Seller will be happy to refund the total auction price of the item, less shipping/handling.
