WHO THE HECK IS wendi789?

I'm a Trading Assistant and a Seller of my own items.

My Trading Assistant terms are under the eBay seller I.D. yourclutter2cash About me page.

I'm also a stay at home mom. Since the house is clean, the kids are happy and the hubby occasionally gets attention I decided I needed a little mental stimulation.

DESCRIBING THE ITEMS

I try very hard to describe the items. The size, colour, texture etc. But my perception of an item may not be everyone elses. Please feel free to ask me specific questions. Nobody likes to wait for an item only to be disappointed its not what they thought it was.

COST OF SHIPPING & HANDLING

In most of my auctions I don't specify the cost of postage. I try to estimate as close as possible. The reason I do this is when I first started I made so many mistakes with postage that was always in the Buyers Favour I had to either stop selling or start estimating.

RETURN POLICY

Lets say you get your item and it was sooooo far away from what you thought it was going to be. Will I accept a RETURN?

YOU BETCHA!

But.... Canada Post is the only winner in this situation.

Please tell me what is wrong with the item via email or send it back with a note. I'll refund your original payment less the postage.

FEEDBACK

This is a HOT TOPIC!!! I want you to be happy with the item and if you are you will have no hesitation to leave feedback first. If after 30 days you haven't left me a feedback you've probably forgotten or the item is really late in arriving. In these cases I will leave a positive feedback and send you an email requesting you do the same for me.

I DO NOT LEAVE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK. Unless one has been left for me. I think every problem can be worked out and there is no reason for anyone to blemish anyone elses record.

If your money is in my hands then your item should be in yours. It's as simple as that.

If you pay by Paypal, International Money Order or Postal Order as soon as thats in my hand your item is out the door the same day or very next. Personal cheques are held to make sure they clear.
