We are a husband and wife team - if you have any questions about our listings do not hestitate to e-mail us; we will respond to all e-mails as quickly and thoroughly as possible. We are on-line most of the day and we will respond to your query as soon as possible. Our goal is excellent customer service; therefore, if you buy any item and perceive a problem, we will work with you to resolve it.
We love auctions and are regular buyers but sometimes we buy too much. We favour textiles both vintage and modern and we will, where possible, recycle items. You will often see in our listings items that we have purchased but do not have a place to put on show in our home.
We list honestly and add multiple photos where possible, but sometimes the items received might not be as perceived by you from the images.
Your satisfaction is important to us, therefore, upon receipt of items, please check the condition carefully and notify us immediately if there is any problem. If you are happy with your goods and our service, we will be grateful for positive feedback.
