After 13 years of being a "valued member" (translation: "cash-cow") on another well-known site I have finally had enough: unnecessary and poorly implemented 'improvements' coupled with a jaw-dropping lack of ability demonstrated by the technical teams were bad enough. The introduction of Managed Payments was, for me, the final straw. And here I am...
A little about me: I have worn and collected Oakley sunglasses ever since I bought my first pair of Razor Blades in 1991 and I now have a significant collection, 99% of which is in the Mumbo/M-Frame/Pro-M/RadarLock/Radar range. It's highly specific, and I don't profess to be an expert regarding other Oakley ranges, but what I don't know about the models I collect probably isn't worth knowing - and if I don't know, I know someone who does.
I have one rule, and one rule only: dictum meum pactum. My word is my bond, and I expect the same from people with whom I deal. I describe everything fully, honestly and extremely accurately (someone once told me that my Quality Control dial is set to 11) so there are no nasty surprises when an item arrives. And if for any reason a buyer is not happy or changes their mind about a purchase then I am perfectly happy to accept its return (in the same condition as sent, obviously) for a refund.
