The flex belt was shipped from China, item was shipped promptly--excellent communication with seller, very prompt with responses. Item was as described and works well!! Well worth the money!!

I ordered the bottom toner and received the arm toner. I've reached out to the seller three times to see about returning the wrong item the seller sent and have not gotten a response. I would beware. Although seller stated would refund money, they are asking me to return package to China when original package came from US. Paypal reviewed dispute and case was closed in my favor. Others may have been lucky but I didn't get the correct item and contacted seller at least 7 times to get corrected with no final outcome.
