Northern Home Collections will send your invoice via e-mail within 24 hours of your auction win. NHC accepts payment through Paypal to be paid within 4 business days of auction's end.  If you will be unable to send payment during this time, please contact us. 
All payments must be made within this time period. If payment isn't received within this time period and you have not contacted us, the order will be revoked.

 

 

 

 

Shipping charges are set at a flat rate based on the products weight and insurance is included in the cost. Items are packaged and shipped within three business days of us receiving confirmation from Paypal of payment.  NHC will discount shipping on multiple combined purchases and we do not ship Internationally. At this time we are unable to ship outside of the 48 states including but not limited to: Alaska, Hawai and Puerto Rico

 

Your satisfaction is important to us!  We strive to accurately list and photograph every item we sell so that bidders can buy with confidence.  We strongly recommend that you review pictures and ask additional questions prior to bidding.  If you feel that we have misrepresented an item please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product and we will try to work with you to correct the problem.
