Refund Policy:
Shipping must be prepaid to StoneColdInc. StoneColdInc will issue call tags on some situations, but that is done per their discretion. StoneColdInc may cancel an RMA request if enough notes are not provided. They need details of the damage or defectiveness of the products being returned. Please provide as much detail as possible for returns.  Customer pays for all shipping expenses.  Refund Funds may take 1-2 weeks to post.
