We are a small team of dedicated Lightworkers with an eclectic mix of backgrounds in spirtual practices, crystal and complimentary healing therapies. We source a fantastic array of pieces from the crystalline kingdom which we lovingly design and handcraft into healing tools including dowsing pendulums, wands, prayer beads and jewellery.
The whole of humanity is going through an amazing vibrational shift in order to advance us on our spiritual paths, raise our consciousness and lead us into higher dimensions of reality. Our pieces are often made under the guidance of Light Beings, Ascended Masters, Deities, The Angelic Realms and our own Spiritual Guides/Helpers. This cosmic energy is therefore infused into our work.
The Universe is constantly calling out to you and as a result, you will find that you are naturally drawn to particular pieces of our work to benefit your Highest Good as you travel on your respective journeys into enlightenment.
We also strongly feel that spiritual tools should be available to all and our prices therefore reflect this belief. Please note that Postage & Packing is free to all UK residents and shipping to the rest of the world is charged at the same flat rate regardless of where you live, with additional postage discounts offered for multiple purchase which are paid for in one transaction. All items are also dispatched to you in a complimentary gift pouch, with a blessing/dedication and a small packet of dhoop sticks for you to perform the dedication on your piece(s).

*PAYMENT - We currently accept payment by PAYPAL ONLY. We respectfully request that purchases are settled within 24 hours of selecting your goods. There are some exceptions which include extra cover for those customers who require upgraded postage cover - please see SHIPPING below. Also, if something unforeseen happens and you have a genuine reason for delaying payment, please do contact us immediately or we will have no option but to cancel your transaction and re-list your items. Payment must be confirmed and received by us before items are dispatched to you.
*SHIPPING - All orders are quality checked before dispatch and are carefully packaged in padded mailing bags. UK ORDERS ARE SHIPPED BY STANDARD 1ST CLASS ROYAL MAIL FREE OF CHARGE TO ALL CUSTOMERS IN THE UK, we obtain proof of postage for each item. If you require additional packaging or upgraded postage such as "guaranteed" or "signed for", please contact us to state this BEFORE you pay for your item(s) so that we can incorporate this additional cost into your final bill. ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED AT A COST OF £3.25 REGARDLESS OF WHERE YOU LIVE. For multiple purchases, a discounted charge of £0.65 per additional item is made, if your purchases are paid for in one transaction. As with UK Customers, extra postage insurance cover is your choice, so please do stipulate if you have added requirements BEFORE paying your bill so that we can incorporate this cost into your final invoice. International buyers are also responsible for any duty or customs charges which may be incurred.
*RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES - Your satisfaction with your purchases is of utmost importance to us so do please contact us with any queries you may have about our pieces prior to purchasing. We strive to ensure that our descriptions are as accurate as possible but please bear in mind that item colours vary on different monitors. If, when you receive your item(s), you have a change of heart or you discover a problem with our workmanship, please contact us immediately so that we can ascertain what the issue is and try to rectify it for you. If this is not possible, we will offer you an exchange to the value of your original purchase or refund you in full. Please contact within 48 hours of receipt of your item with a photograph and details of your discrepancy. Items must be returned in appropriate packaging as they were received, in their original condition and unworn within 5 days of receipt of shipment. RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES ARE NOT APPLICABLE TO PIERCED EARRINGS DUE TO HEALTH & HYGIENE REGULATIONS. All merchandise must be shipped prepaid and with insurance if appropriate.

We do stringently check for any marks or damage to our crystals that do not fall within this category and we would not deliberately sell faulty items.
