We have supplied spares on the internet since 1999 and have over 40 years experience in the white goods spares/repairs trade.

All spare parts supplied are new (unless specified as 'reconditioned' or 'used' in the listing) - they may be original manufacturers parts or an equivalent depending on stock availability and quality.

Some new items may be old/van stock. The item is brand new but the box/packet may be marked/damaged.

UK delivery times
Items are normally dispatched by Royal Mail on the next business day and usually arrive in 1 to 5 business days. Optional delivery upgrades are available while checking out.

Returns - New Items
New items returned for credit must be returned complete with any retail packaging and must be undamaged and must not have been fitted. In short, they must be in the original supplied state so that they can be re-sold as a new item.

We are unable to accept returns of new items which show signs of fitting. Terminal tag marks or thread marks from fixing screws mean the item is no longer resaleable as a new item.

Returns - Reconditioned/Used items
Reconditioned items must be returned in the same state as when they were supplied. Items are security coded and photographed in detail before dispatch.

Please contact us by ebid message before returning items for refund.

Safety Warning
All parts must be fitted by a competent person using the correct tools and test equipment and with the appliance disconnected from the mains supply! After repair appliances must be checked for mechanical and electrical safety.
