excellent item, good seller, good communication
Despite numerous emails, the seller has yet to send a refund (as promised) or even a replacement for the faulty item delivered. Has been over 2 months since i returned the item..!!!!

This entire process is for patient people who have time to wait and no time constraints. Not me in this case! I found it very stressful nor having direct communication did not help. Sorry not for me!
