Giving you a little more insight into the seller.
I am a busy mum to five boys trying to make an honest crust for my family and thats why I have decided to do this.
I always sell quality products...if i wouldn't wear it or I wouldn't put my own in it, then I won't sell it. I know how difficult it can be trying to find decent stuff at decent prices...so I bear this in mind.
I am just starting out, so still getting used to this whole selling thing, however, I dispatch on the same day where possible, and if not, its in the post first thing the day after.
I don't go crazy with the shipping costs either, you will find that I am very reasonable with this. I will also combine shipping costs, I generally add an extra £1 per item.
I do accept returns, as long as the item is returned in the same condition as I sent it. I never send damaged goods, I check everything before I pack it. I will also offer a full refund, as long as my criteria regarding returns is met.
The only items I do not accept returns on are earrings, but I always ask that a prospective buyer contacts me so I can send further pictures and answer any questions that they may have. I want my customers to be happy with their purchase and to know exactly what it is they are getting.
I only accept returns on other items of jewelry if the item is not as described. So, like the earrings, I ask to be contacted in order to supply further pictures etc.
I ask that any returns are returned within seven days of receipt. After this time period, I will not accept them. This is seven working days, so I do include everyday except sunday as a working day, and bank holidays.
