Return policy
Refund & Return Policy:
All goods are supplied BRAND NEW and from reputable suppliers.
In the unlikely event that an item is found to be defective/faulty
it will be refunded or replaced if possible. Total purchase cost
including postage on faulty items will be refunded if a suitable
replacement isn't available.
Refunds: Original postage will be refunded for transactions under
the 14 day cooling off period, but Please Note: The customer is
responsible for the return postage costs for all non-defective
/non-faulty items. Items should be returned within 14 working days.
Exchanges or Returns:
Should you want to exchange or if you're unhappy with your purchase
and you wish to return it, you must contact us within 7 working days
of receiving your order to inform us before returning your Item[s].
After this 14 day period only defective/faulty items may be returned.
PLEASE NOTE- Due to Health and safety regulations we cannot accept
returns on pierced earrings. Exchanges or Returns should be returned
in brand new condition, with all labels/receipts/tags if at all possible.
