We have been trading for many years and have many years experience.
We only stock licensed items direct from manufacturers and distributors.
We do not sell items that have changed hands multiple times like a lot of our competitors do and faslely claim they are brand new.
We understand the needs of collectors with regards to ensuring items are protected for transit when purchasing carded and boxed items.

Notice to Sellers
We are not a distributor and we will not allow you to use us as such. We reserve the right not to sell to you and we will NOT sell to you. Our staff have been instructed to cancel orders from sellers attempting to buy up our stock and you will be added to our BlackBall list. You do not have the right to buy up our stock of items or specific items so you can sell them on at a far higher price on other platforms.
If you cannot buy direct from a manufacturer and/or distributor like we do then you are not a proper and professional trading business. Even if you do buy direct from a manufacturer and/or distributor, it still does not give you the right to attempt to buy up our stock to sell on at a far higher price elsewhere. This is a practice we will NOT tolerate.
We will NOT be used as a drop shipper. If you do not have the capacity to carry stock of items you are listing elsewhere then this is not our problem and just goes to show that you are not a professional business like we are. This is a practice we will NOT tolerate. Buy your own stock or stop listing items you do not carry stock of.

United Kingdom customers only - International Shipping at our discretion:
We are willing to ship internationally on the condition that the customer understands that Rokin's Toys has no control over delivery times, delays and other issues during transit or Royal Mail prices.
Please contact us directly for international shipping prices prior to making multiple purchases so we can provide a Royal Mail quote.
United Kingdom Shipping
The majority of orders are sent using Royal Mail 2nd Class to keep shipping costs to our customers as low as possible however we will send orders using other Royal Mail services upon request for which you, the customer, must advise us of this before invoicing so the cost of shipping can be adjusted accordingly for the extra cost of the Royal Mail service you wish to use.
A selection of loose action figures and other loose items are sent using Royal Mail 2nd Class large letter. Loose action figures that contain delicate accessories will be sent in small boxes and charged at the Royal Mail 2nd Class small parcel rate.
All carded action figures, playsets, creatures, vehicles, and borad games etc. are sent using Royal Mail 2nd Class small parcel or medium parcel depending on size of item or size of order.
International Shipping
Shipping costs will vary depending on item(s) and weight. We have our own scales so all our shipping prices are accurate to what Royal Mail charge for airmail parcel and large letter services.
Due to changes in the USA, the USA is now a Zone on its own due to the USPS demanding more money for delivery.
Customers are responsible for any additional customs/import tax charges.
IMPORTANT: All customer residing in the Republic of Ireland please ensure you include your Eircode (postal/zip code) with your registered postal address on eBid and PayPal.
We refuse to force customers to pay tracked/signed services with Royal Mail especially when Royal Mail state that they cannot guarantee tracking once something has left the United Kingdom, so why pay for a service that is not guaranteed?
Rokin's Toys does not profit from shipping costs.
Rokin's Toys Dispatch Aim:
We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days of cleared payment (Excluding United Kingdom Weekends and Holidays).
Saturday, we still arrange for Royal Mail collections of parcels. Small loose items will be dropped off at the nearest postbox.
Sunday, we are closed.
Royal Mail Delivery Aim (UK):
2nd Class Business Services: Delivery within 3 business days but may take longer - we use this service for orders to keep postage costs as low as possible.
If you do not receive your order within 5-7 business days of your order being marked as dispatched, excluding weekends and bank/public holidays, then please contact your local Royal Mail delivery office. The contact information can be found on the Royal Mail website.
Please ensure that you also contact us directly as we are experienced with Royal Mail procedures and can guide you through the process.
This automated Royal Mail phone service will give you the address and opening hours of your local Delivery Office or Enquiry Office.
If your parcel is there then you have the following options:
1) Arrange for the re-delivery of your parcel.
2) You can collect your parcel from your local delivery office. You will be required to present identification.
If your parcel is not at your local delivery office then you are required to wait the designated amount of business days as laid out by Royal Mail before they declare an item lost which is 15 working days. We will NOT provide replacements or refunds until this time period has passed.
United Kingdom (Non-delivery)
Royal Mail have a 15 working day policy, including Saturdays and excluding Holidays, before declaring a parcel lost. If after 15 working days from the due delivery date an item sent has not arrived, then please contact us.
PayPal and other parties have no jurisdiction pertaining to the non-delivery of items and full legal jurisdiction remains with Rokin's Toys and Royal Mail at all times therefore we will not tolerate individuals attempting to bypass the correct procedures as laid out by Royal Mail which are enforced by the postal regulator.
Europe, Ireland & Iceland (Non-delivery)
Royal Mail have a 20 working day policy, including Saturdays and excluding Holidays, before declaring a parcel lost. If after 20 working days from the due delivery date an item sent has not arrived, then please contact us.
PayPal and other parties have no jurisdiction pertaining to the non-delivery of items and full legal jurisdiction remains with Rokin's Toys and Royal Mail at all times therefore we will not tolerate individuals attempting to bypass the correct procedures as laid out by Royal Mail which are enforced by the postal regulator.

Important Shipping Information
If your order fails to arrive within the normal time period as specified by Royal Mail under the section above "Royal Mail Delivery Aim" then you are to follow the correct procedure of contacting us directly so that we can follow the correct procedure in accordance with Royal Mail policies in pursing the matter through Royal Mail.
For Europe:
Contact your local postal service for information on your local delivery office and allow the required 20 days. We will NOT provide replacements or refunds until this time period has passed.
For USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand & ROW:
Contact your local postal service for information on your local delivery office and allow the required 25 days. We will NOT provide replacements or refunds until this time period has passed.
Additional Shipping Information:
To contact us via orders from our Store on eBid then please follow one of these steps:
Go to your “Bought” section. On the item or any item in the order, locate the box that says “please choose”. On the right-hand side of this box there is an arrow pointing downwards. Click on this arrow and it will display a drop-down list. On the drop-down list, third from the top, you will find “Ask rokins_toys a question”.
Or you can select “view invoice” from the same drop-down list, fourth from bottom. When the page has loaded with the invoice, scroll down the invoice until you come to the “Note from Seller to Buyer” section where you will find our email address.
If you have your PayPal payment confirmation email then you will find our email address on there.
The above methods are the only methods of contact you need that we will accept for notification of the non-delivery of an order.
If you as the customer do not follow the correct procedure in directly contacting us regarding the non-delivery of your order to give us the opportunity and time necessary by law to follow the correct procedures with Royal Mail and instead you fail to make contact with us and proceed to file a claim directly through PayPal, then we will consider this to be “suspicious activity” where you as the customer are attempting to file a false claim with PayPal in an attempt to commit fraud and theft – we will immediately notify the police, our solicitors and Trading Standards.
We will NOT cooperate with PayPal under any circumstances involving the non-delivery of items. PayPal do NOT have any level of jurisdiction in this area - full jurisdiction remains with Rokin's Toys and Royal Mail.
PayPal are NOT to be contacted under any circumstances in the event of the non-delivery or your item(s). As the customer, you are legally bound to solely contact Rokin's Toys directly. PayPal policies are irrelevant and you will find that their policies are in conflict with United Kingdom legislation/regulations and in conflict with the legally binding policies and procedures as laid out by Royal Mail enforced by the UK postal regulator.
Terms & Conditions
Purchasing Multiple Items:
When purchasing multiple items, please request an invoice or wait for us to invoice you before paying so that we can combine the shipping costs, otherwise you will pay the full shipping costs.
Payment for United Kingdom:
Payment is expected within 7 Days of buyer using By Now or within 7 Days of the End of Auction. We accept payments in GBP£ via PayPal, Personal Cheque or Postal Order (uncrossed) from those residing in mainland Great Britain.
If you wish to pay by bank transfer then please contact us for the information.
If paying by Personal Cheque your order will only be dispatched when the cheque has cleared.
If paying via PayPal eCheque, your order will only be dispatched when the eCheque has cleared which can take between 7-9 days.
If paying by Postal Order, your order will be dispatched on or the next day after we cash the Postal Order. If paying by cheque or postal order then please make out the cheque or postal order to our accounts manager: Mr Lee Jones.
We only accept PayPal payments in GBP£ from those residing in Northern Ireland.
We will only send a maximum of 3 payment reminders and if payment has not been received by the end of the 7 days and there has been no contact from the buyer then we will report the buyer as a non-paying buyer. We will leave negative feedback for the buyer at our discretion in the event of non-payment.
Payment for International Customers:
Payment is expected within 7 Days of buyer using By Now or within 7 Days of the End of Auction. We only accept PayPal payments in GBP£ from all Europe & International customers.
We will only send a maximum of 3 payment reminders and if payment has not been received by the end of the 7 days and there has been no contact from the buyer then we will report the buyer as a non-paying buyer. We will leave negative feedback for the buyer at our discretion in the event of non-payment.
Returns:
We accept returns within 14 days of purchase for the United Kingdom for a replacement or a full refund.
We accept returns within 21 days of purchase for Europe, EU, United States of America and Canada for a replacement or a full refund.
You, the customer, are to cover the postal cost of returning an item so please keep all original packaging materials so you can return the item without having to pay for packaging materials.
Returns can only be accepted on carded/boxed items in their original factory sealed condition unless an item is damaged during transit or is faulty upon opening.
Loose items must be returned in a non played with condition with ALL weapons, accessories, and any other additional items that originally came with the item(s). All items must be returned in saleable condition.
In the event that an item needs to be returned, we will only issue a refund or send out a replacement once we have safely received the item being returned.
In the event of an item arriving damaged please take pictures and contact us directly for further advice.
We do NOT accept returns on Lego sets. Due to individuals purchasing Lego sets, removing the Lego mini figures, then resealing the box, and then returning the Lego sets, minus the Lego mini figures, for a refund, in effect, stealing the Lego mini figures from the sets, we no longer accept returns on Lego sets.
Non Paying Buyers & Winners of Auctions:
Payment is expected within 7 Days of buyer using By Now or within 7 Days of the End of Auction. If payment is not received by this time, even after payment reminders which will be sent on the third, fifth and seventh day, the item(s) will be re-listed, the order cancelled, the buyer reported as a Non Paying Bidder and negative feedback will be left at our discretion.
Leaving Feedback:
Upon receipt of your item, please check your item(s) carefully and notify us via email if there are any problems. If you are happy with your item(s) and our service then we would be grateful if you leave us positive feedback. We will only leave feedback for buyers upon receipt of feedback being left for us first.
In the event of your order being delayed, failing to arrive or arriving damaged, do not notify us of this through leaving neutral or negative feedback. This is totally unnecessary and unreasonable as we are not the postal service and we are not legally responsible or accountable for damage, delivery elays or the non-delivery of your order after the item has been dispatched - it is out of our hands and by law in the hands of Royal Mail.
Please contact us through the appropriate channels if your order has not arrived within the normal time frame specified by Royal Mail in the above "Shipping Information" section.
Pictures we use:
We are allowed to use stock photographs from manufacturers as long as the item we send is in factory condition, however, we rarely use stock images unless it is for display purposes while including a set of our own images of the product when we have time to take our own pictures.
We will at our own discretion create our own stock image of an item and use that for display purposes. When we do use our own stock image then the item you receive will be similar to the item pictured. We say similar because there are slight imperfections that happen during the manufacturing process which are beyond our control so the same item can differ slightly in printing, casting and paint applications.
Any sellers caught using our images will be prosecuted under national and international copyright laws.
