Quick and understaning communication. Thank you.
Honest guy, payment arrived a promised, thanks Rob.
Futuretechuk.com. I am not suprised this buyer wouldnot pay extra, if you failed to check that your auctions were as you planned the fault lies with you. To my mind if this buyer won the article in question without a reserve then you should take it up with E-Bid, as this buyer bid in good faith, you are the one who broke the contract albeit the mistake lay with eBid
"Shortfuse" indeed. eBid messed up one of my auctions and didn't put reserves on the goods. This buyer "won" a £40 item for £5, and was surprised when I wouldn't let it go for that price. The reserve was £17.50, less than half price, and I waived the P+ P charges, so still pretty cheap. I can't be held responsible for eBids mistakes. **If you're going to put lots of items up for sale, I suggest you post each individually, a pain in the neck to do, but better than being slagged off by a disgruntled punter when the Multi-upload doesnt work properly.
Nice doing business with a pro for a change!!!
