Ordering your item

Read listings thoroughly before ordering as additional information is required to process your order, size charts are only a guide for standard fitting, as people vary in height and size check measurements as accurately as you can and if in doubt contact me for advice.

Your Order

Your order will not be made until payment has been received.

Payment

Payment to be received within 5 days of ordering, if no payment received by 5th day then a reminder will be sent, if you have difficulty in paying for your order then contact me asap as all problems can be resolved.

Postage

All orders up to £34.00 total cost are sent Recorded Delivery, orders over £34.00 are sent Special Delivery, Postage is always combined but due to different sized items in multiple orders weight does vary  so always request total from seller so an invoice can be sent with extra discount on.

Returns Policy

Contact me prior to returning items

Items to be returned within 7 days of receipt, unused and with tags intact, buyer to pay return postage.

Feedback

As a seller I  always leave feedback when the transaction is completed, i.e.when you have received your order, and you are happy with it, +ive assures me that a successful transaction has been completed. If for any reason you are not happy, wrong size ordered resulting in items being too big/small  then I would expect you to contact me to arrange to return the items for refund (cost of item) or replacement. (no extra charge for p+p for replacements)

As a buyer I always leave +ive feedback as soon as items are received and I'm happy with them, if there are any problems then I will contact you first to resolve them.

Fabric Colour

Reproduction of fabric colour is not always accurate, if you are trying to match other items you have, fabric swatches are available  free of charge, please ask.
