Giving you a little more insight into the seller.
Welcome to my "all about" page. I have been selling on another site for many years. I have currently have a 206 in my feedback. All positive. I actually sold a great deal more but in multiple lots to the same buyers. I have very high ratings in all catagories and have paid high fees too.
Since I was little guy (still not very tall) I or my older brother purchased comics on Fridays for weekend read. I keep almost everyone. Now we were poor, so they were not bagged or boarded but stacked together in boxes in attics and cellars. Still, they survived and in very good condition.
As you can see on the map, I am a Canadian, living in the beautiful province of Nova Scotia. I started selling comics to help pay some bills and share my collection with others.
My descriptions of the comics are as accurate as my untrained eye can discern. I always list the starting price at half the Overstreet valuation for a comic of same grade.
My shipping costs sometimes seems high but I do have to use Canada Post (nuff said!). I do combine shipments to save you money. If not stated in the listing, it is usually $1.00 extra in shipping cost for each additional comic. I presently only ship to Canada and USA but I see that alot of the buyers and sellers on this site are in the UK and I will be looking into shipping to the UK (if anyone out there has advice, I am all ears).
Since I am not constricted by the frame work of that other site, I can negotate on the purchase price of any item especially if several items are purchased by the same buyer. Make me an offer.
At present, I am sticking to PayPal for payments. Google checkout does not seem to be available to Canadian sellers and all the other avenues are kind of scary.
I hope this is the start of something wonderful.
