We have bought & sold on the internet since 1998 on several auction site's and website's. We guarantee our item's are new or in excellent condition when shipped or your money back. If there is a problem with our item's or service, please contact us immediately so that we can correct the problem as soon as possible. Buyers are required to pay shipping on returned item's. For damaged item's you will need to contact the shipping company and file a damage claim with them. When determined item's are returned with nothing found to be wrong, there will be a 25% restocking fee applied to any refund. Item's found to have defect's will be replaced with the same or similar product of equal value. Customer satisfaction is our primary goal and we work hard to accomplish that. All of our item's we sell include at least a 30 day limited warranty, with up to lifetime on some. All of our order's include insurance with up to $100.00 coverage for FEDEX & UPS.Insurance is now extra for USPS shipment's. CO residents add 4.1% sales tax. Thankyou for your business!
