We are proud to be an upstanding member of the eBid community.
Our location
We operate our eBid sales from our office located in South Central Alabama, United States.
Our continuing goal
Because of our continued support world wide, we have made ebid auctions our main line of business. We have many GREAT sources and wish to pass this to our shop and eBid customers. We are committed as a member of Square Trade and as an eBid seller to list and conduct all transactions in an honest and fair way! IF EVER you have a problem with one of our listings, please feel free to contact us.
Our Commitment as Ebid Traders
We try to list every item we sell as honestly as possible. We believe that any item we list with its description should be accurate and to the point. In other words what we would be happy as a buyer to receive by reading the items description and viewing it's pictures. If you feel any auction does not live up to it's description or pictures upon receiving the item, we will be more than happy to refund your purchase including initial S&H costs. Simply return it in its original package and we will refund 100% of the items cost (item must be received in unopened original holder with in 30 days of auctions end). For obvious reasons, some of our auctions sold are non refundable and will ne noted as such in the listing.
Non Satisfied customers
As with any business, there are those "very few" customers that can not be pleased no matter how hard we try. There are also customers that truly do not take the time to read and understand an auction listing. Then there are those that make no attempt to contact the seller about a problem and would rather just post derogatory comments. "None" of us are perfect and mistakes can happen. With that in mind, we do embrace strongly the eBid core value of good communications and ask that other eBiders to do the same.
