My business address is Magic Cottage Enterprises, Twelve, Exe Croft, B31 3LB. I am sorry for those of you who would like to visit the shop, but this is currently not possible, as we are an online retail business only. We are hoping in the future to open a shop to the public so please bear with us.
Items are posted within 5 working days of payment being received and cleared. I currently accept payment by Paypal, PPPPay , bank transfer, cheque or postal order. Please be aware that if you do decide to pay by cheque goods will not be posted until your cheque clears. So it is not the fastest method of payment
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase then please contact me, I will always do my best to help you to resolve any problems if they occur. If you do decide that the problem cannot be resolved by any other means than returning the item, then please could you contact me within seven working days of this decision so a returns ID can be generated. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging within 14 days.
