Dispatch Times: We aim to ship your order within 3 working days of receipt of payment

Items lost in the mail: For UK mail, please allow 7 working days for delivery, for all other mail please allow 21 working days for delivery.

Please note should any loss occur from the provision of an incomplete/wrong address on your payment then a refund/replacement will not be issued. In these circumstances, should the package be returned to us, then we will immediately arrange for the package to be sent to the correct address. This cost of redelivery will be met by you, the buyer.

Refunds and Exchanges

All refunds/exchanges must be arranged by prior agreement.

We must be notified by email within 14 days of item receipt of your intent to return. Items must be returned to us initially at your cost.

Faulty.
Items may be returned if they are faulty. The item must be returned in the same condition it was received to determine the fault details. If we agree that it is faulty then we will also refund the cost of return postage.

Any Other Reason.
Items may be returned for any reason for a refund/exchange. If the item is not faulty then the cost of return postage must be met by you, the buyer.
Items must be returned in the condition they were received.

All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.


You can usually expect to receive your item/s within 7 working days of payment if you are in the United Kingdom and within 14-21 working days if you live outside the United Kingdom. These delivery times are subject to payment clearance and public holidays. Should a delay occur due to postal strikes, please refer to announcements from Royal Mail and allow 28 days for delivery (UK only).
