Payment
We accept payment by: Paypal, PPPay, Credit or Debit Card, Personal Cheque. All Auction and "Buy It Now" prices include VAT.
Shipping
We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque. We advise customers to contact us for a final postage fee if you live outside UK.
Returns
Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded within 14 days after receipt by us. After 14 days period warranty would be provided by manufacturer. It is the customers responsibility to pay for shipping the item back to us by the cheapest recorded method. If goods were purchased in error, they must be returned in there original packaging, a 15% restocking fee will be levied and the carriage will not be refunded. All goods coming with full manufacturer warranty.
