We have finally made the jump over from the other side and look forward to being part of the ebid community.
You2 Beauty have been trading online for a number of years now, starting on ebay, then with our own website and now with ebid as part of my repertoire!
We believe in customer service first and foremost and hope that our reputation and feedback will bear that out - even if it is low on this site at the moment :0)
Items are listed and described to the best of our ability, we are always happy to answer questions if you are uncertain about anything in a listing. Once purchased, orders are despatched promptly - usually next working day after receipt of cleared payment, unless there are unforseen circumstances (emergencies at home etc) or we are exceptionally busy! If you have any issue with your purchase please contact us promptly so that we can do our best to resolve it.

Terms & Conditions
All payments must be made in British Pounds.
UK Buyers only: I accept Cheque, Postal Order, PayPal & Nochex - Credit cards may also be used through PayPal & Nochex without holding an account
International Buyers must use PayPal or Nochex to make payment.
I will wait for cheque payments from UK Buyers to clear before sending your items - please make cheques made payable to Toni Jarvis
I will also wait for PayPal echeques to clear before sending your items - these typically take up to 10 working days.
Items despatched within 7 days of receipt of cleared payment - usually next working day after receipt of cleared payment, delays only under exceptional circumstances.
Returns of Make-up items and Lingerie & Swimwear are not permitted due to hygiene reasons, therefore, if you have any queries about the item you are bidding on please use the 'Ask Seller a Question' service before placing your bid.
However, a 14 day return policy is available for items received not as described in the listing, incorrectly sent or damaged in transit. Where possible the returned item will be replaced and if that is not possible a refund will be raised.
All returned items must be sent back in the condition they were received.
Return postage must be paid for by the buyer until the unused condition if the item has been verified.
If you have a problem with a delivered item you must email within 7 days of receipt with your concerns. Items returned without prior contact will not be processed.
We want you to be happy with your purchase so if you have any concerns please contact us immediately so that any queries can be resolved.
