Returns/Refund Policy
We are committed to giving you the best possible products, prices and service. All items are sold as listed unless you feel they are misrepresented. All sales are final and as this is a clearance store we cannot offer returns or refunds unless the item is faulty or not as listed.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

All item will be sent within 3 working days of cleared payment received.
If in the event of the non-arrival of an item we are unable to offer a refund or replacements, however, we will provide you with proof of postage which is retained for up to 60 days from posting, this will enable you to complete a compensation claim with Royal Mail directly.
We do have to abide by the Royal Mail guidelines as seen on their website ( www.royalmail.co.uk ) therefore must wait 15 days from posting before we can consider an item lost.
