Additional Information About The Products We Sell
The videos we sell are mostly VHS PAL unless otherwise stated.
U.S buyers please note that a PAL Video will not play on a standard U.S NTSC video player and therfore will require a compatible PAL player to view the video.
The Small Print
Please pay within 7 days of auction ending. If you cannot pay within this timescale please get in contact and we may extend this. For UK Buyers we accept Google Checkout, Paypal, postal orders and cheques. Overseas buyers are most welcome and must pay by Google Checkout or PayPal only. All payments must be in GBP Sterling. Orders paid by Paypal & Postal Orders are usually dispatched in 24-48hrs. Orders paid by cheque will usually be dispatched upon clearance of funds which is usually 5 to 7 working days. For multiple purchases, We will always combine items to reduce the overall postage costs to the winning bidder. Therefore, please if you purchase more than one item please wait for an combined invoice from ourselves that will include a postage discount (From 10% to 75% depending on the particular items). Please also note that postage and packaging includes actual postage of the item AND packaging materials such as envelopes, sellotape, bubble wrap etc. For UK customers, on dispatch of every item we always obtain proof of posting. Therefore Postal Insurance upto the value of £39 is automatically included. Additional insurance for items worth more than this will be made available when it applies. For International customers all items are dispatched by Airmail. However like all sellers, we are completely at the mercy of the relevant postal service. If you feel that your order is taking longer than anticipated, then please get in touch and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
We aim to describe our items for auction as accurately as possible. If you believe this not to be the case we will offer a refund.
If you are unhappy with your item for any other reason then we will offer a refund minus postage costs provided the item is returned to us in the condition that we sent it to you.
