30 days after purchase item still hasn't arrived. Despite several requests for a tracking number I never received one. Refund requests remained unanswered, so I had to request a refund through pay pal

Was worried this was a scam after paying but item arrived within days, very happy and would buy again

Paid via PayPal on 30/6/23, received email saying dispatched 5/7/23 but no tracking info. Email sent to supplier 17/7/23 no response, PayPal arranging refund. Would not recommend this seller.
Many thanks. Courteous comms. Seller advised when the goods were despatched, and they arrived Royal Mail tracked 24 just 7 days after ordering. Great service at a very good price.

Goods seem fine, but appalling seller communication - shipped almost 3 weeks after eBid dispatch notification from a different company in Cardiff and not in original packaging.
all ok,but arrived as two 6kg bags on different days
