Some Information About lofty100e
Hi, I am an avid book-reader, at least one hour most days. My favourite genres are crime (Patricia Cornwell & John Grisham) and Horror (Clive Barker, Shaun Hutson & Steven King). Although I read whatever I can get hold of. I am also an enthusiastic photographer and sports-fan. I was buying and selling on another well-known large auction site since June 2004 with a 100% record on there, untill I quit and found a home here.

Payment

DVDs
- If a DVD contains DVD-Rom content, then I will not have been able to verify it, as my computer does not have the relevant software.

Packaging
- Whenever I can I use recycled packaging, when I do so I will of course refund the packaging part of the delivery charge.
Item Despatch
- Usually items will be sent within 4 (Four) working days (Monday-Friday) of the funds being received in my account. If you choose to use the Royal Mail's Signed For delivery - I only have access to the Royal Mail network (through the Post Office at weekends). Therefore the timelines will increase.
- For items such as books that exceed the Royal Mail "large letter" category (353 x 250 x 25 mm) my default carrier is a courier. The delivery time frame for a private residence is 3 - 5 days (in my experience it has never exceeded 3 days when I have sent packages with them). However for addresses in the following post codes: The Outer Hebrides (HE), Isle of Man (IM) or Lerwick (ZE) they have a surcharge of £2.00 and the item may take slightly longer to deliver.

Returns
- If you are dissatisfied with the item please let me know BEFORE returning it. Returns are made at the purchaser's expense and should be made within seven (7) working days of receiving them.
