item replaced after loss in mail, friendly, v fast response to emails, recommend to all A++++++++
seasons 3, 4 and 6 didnt work. paid to send them back, replacements came but dont work either, so paid extra and still not right. now ignoring emails.
The left clip of the case is broken. They should have mentioned about it when they were advertising. I wrote a mail after I received the product they didnt even write a courtesy mail. What can I say?

Item in china but not stated on sale, no English subtitles or dubbing which is not good if your selling item to English speaking countries, however lovely DVD and if seller adds more info about DVD's they will be No:1 cool!
