Much of my interest is based on my own experience with minerals, as well as what I have taken from Russia where resorts routinely use muds, clays and salts to restore health and vitality. The range of treatments at Russian resorts/ medical spas is staggering, and results from these treatments are phenomenal.

Not so long ago I started developing my own mineral-based treatments which I am practising now. There is a range of procedures which involves far-infrared technology - they bring powerful results even after one treatment. I offer courses to therapists and demonstrations to spas.
Minerals are a source of life on Earth. They are precursors to vitamins and all the other nutrients. Life on earth started with water, gas and minerals. What has created us certainly has the power to heal us too. We just need to remember where we have come from, and ask Mother Earth for help when we need it.
