I want HAPPY FROG to become a place of refuge where you feel safe to shop and to receive that special item at a price that is fair and reasonable, a place where you will be treated with RESPECT and want to come back and shop at HAPPY FROG than tell others about us. For sadly so many business are out for the money not for their customer but at HAPPY FROG thcustomer comes 1st, then comes blessings. For if a customer has a smile and is satisfied with their purchase that equals success. Think of the by gone days of mom and pop stores where their customer came first and nothing else honestly mattered and they stood by this principle at all cost. FROGGY will do like wise for my customers .I believe they were called the GOOD OLD DAYS for a reason. I stand behind my customers at all times.
Shipping Policy:
I ship USPS First Class and Parcel Post in North America Canada Europe. The cost of shipping will be calculated based on the weight of the item and where it is going. I do combine shipping. For each additional item in your order I will add $1.00 more to the shipping cost per item. I usually try to ship within 2 days of purchase, I will notify you otherwise if something happens and I cannot ship right away.Glassware not shipped outside the USA greeting cards postcards ship free after 1st one on same invoiceI I am not one of them who throw a shock invoice you win $20.00 invoice reads $70.00 that is not FROGGY's way PERIOD you receive a invoice with purchase item and shipping and if breakable a $2.00 handling fee invoice from FROGGY ask Froggy about my fees for I try to hide nothing from my customers but try to keep a open book policy .
Return Policy:
I do not accept returns. I sell the item as is. So please ask questions about items, and look at the description/pictures for the condition of the item before you bid or buy, my items are in sellable condition.For sadly I can not become responible for the USPS of handling of packages .For I do my best to assure you received what you paid for to best of my ability but what is out of my control is out of my control completly please remember.Glass ware $2.00 insurance handling fee this way if receive broken can at least file insurance on item but I ship bubble wrapped secured on all breakables.
My views on shopping:
Shopping should be fun. No room for stress, or uncertainty or buyers having to jump thru hoops to buy from a seller. Buy from me and you just sit back, relax and the items get delivered (by priority or first class post). No calling me back, telling me how you will pay, etc. Who has time for that?
Benefits if you buy from me:
- Fair shipping rates; I only use first class and priority shipping, because they give the buyer fast and safe shipping. I charge you only the cost, and never charge you for handling/packaging etc. That is part of my doing business.
- Fair prices easy searchable for example collect frog search box frogs collect cats searchbox cats etc ...for got hundreds of items but all very easy searchable using the search box narrows your such for you
- Two week time limit for buying multiple items: You do not have to buy all the items at same time etc. Just keep shopping and when you are finished, contact me and I will combine the invoice. If you want a preview of what you will be charged as you are shopping, just contact me and we will talk about the shipping cost.
- Where customers are treated with respect they deserve its FROGGY's way love doing customer service to my customers and I take much pride in my customer service to my customers .
