Have sold writing instruments, with happy customers on the other well known site, user name of azeustubb with a score of 653 as of January 2013, with 100% positive feedback, am also a member of the Writing Equipment Society, and various other pen organisations.
We also collect pens, and restore pens, mainly Conway Stewart, Waterman, Sheaffer, and Parker pens.
Please note if the address on the paypal invoice is not a confirmed one, then I will not ship until the address has been verified by you to me via ebid messages, this is to protect me as a seller.
Terms and conditions:-
1. Despatch. All items sent are despatched within 24 hours of cleared payment, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays are sent by Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery Next Day in the UK. Overseas by International Signed for, a Proof of Postage is always obtained.
Please note Royal Mail do not consider and item as lost in the UK until 15 working days after posting have elapsed 25 days Overseas, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Overseas buyers please check regarding any import duties or taxes, these are your responsibility, and I will not change the value of the item on the Customs lables, and nor will I tick as gift, this is a legal document as required by Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs.
2. Returns. We operate a simple no quibble returns service, should you feel the item is not as described, the item has to be returned within 7 days of receipt and in the same condition, for a refund excluding return costs.
3. Payment. By Paypal, I do not accept Cheques or Postal Orders, either in the UK or Overseas, or any other form of payment.
4. Communication. You will be advised by email of the despatch date, and also the tracking number will be given for your records.
