Some Information About ginb21
Hi Everyone, here is a little bit about us at Wasatch Stamps. We are a family owned and ran business. My name is Vince, my wife is Gina, and our kids are JD and Lydia. I have been collecting stamps and philatelic materials for 31 years. I started my first buy, sell, and trade store when I was 20 years old (before online auctions). We started selling on Ebay in 2008 and were soon power sellers with 100% positive feedback. When Ebay started making major changes and hooked up with PayPal we ran for the hills. We have been selling regionally and locally. It is great to be back online. We look forward to dealing with some of our long-time friends and are excited to make new ones. **STORE POLICY**
~~Payment Details~~
Payment for auction items will be due in full at the end of the auction, this includes the "buy now" option. If you would like to make a purchase but need to split the cost over a few payments, contact us; we will try to work with you--after all, you keep us in business. I will hold your order for 7 days before relisting it unless you contact me and make other arrangements. All payments must be paid in U.S. dollars. Payments accepted: PayPal (credit cards accepted through PayPal), Checks and money orders drawn on U.S. banks & made out to Gina Brewer. (be aware that orders can Cash at buyers risk. We also accept U.S. unused stamps at 50%-70% of face value (must be pre-approved). More payment options on the way.
International Customers:
Please check your country's laws before buying. All countries have their own import laws, we can't always be sure that an item can be legally sent to your country. If you buy an item and it is confiscated by customs (for any reason) or you do not pay duties required by your country, we will refund your purchase price as soon as the item is returned to us. Orders with a value of more than $20.00 will be shipped by registered first class or priority mail depending on weight, value, and country.
~~Shipping~~
We ship orders USPS first class whenever possible. We will use other shipping methods (when necessary or it saves you money.) If you will please wait for our invoice we will combine shipping when possible, this includes orders from all of our eBid stores. Without an invoice from us our discount system will not work. Stamp orders will have a S&H charge of $1.50 U.S., and $2.25 Worldwide. Additional stamps are only 5 cents each. Other stamp items such as sets, packets, etc. will have the S&H in the listing. Orders will be shipped 1-2 days (often the same day) after receipt of payment. Insurance and other USPS options are offered at the USPS rate. We will not be responsible for orders lost or damaged in shipping. We do our best to package the items well and this has only happened once in all my years of selling. Please contact us with any shipping questions or requests.
Our return policy is very simple. We believe our customers should be happy with their items therefore we offer a 100% money back guarantee with no questions asked. Just let us know your intent to return your item and return it within 14 days of reciept in the same condition it was sent and well packaged. We do not pay for expertizing stamps that we sell; however, if it is expertized and found unsatisfactory we will refund the purchase price.
