  We accept payments from most major credit or debit cards via Paypal, Bank Transfers, cheques or postal orders. For non UK buyers we ask for payment via Paypal only. If purchasing multiple items please wait for a revised invoice with any applicable discounts before paying.

  We aim to despatch your order within 72 hours of cleared payment being received by either Royal Mail First Class or ParcelForce 48 for UK orders or Royal Mail Air Mail for other destinations. You will be notified by email once your items have been shipped.
Overseas buyers should be aware that their order may be delayed by their countries customs service and they they are responsible for any local fees, import duties or taxes. We are not responsible for service transit time. Sorry no pick up is available!

Pay for all your items at the same time and save on postage for additional items.
We happily combine postage to help you save costs when you purchase more then 1 item. When buying more than one item postage will be charged at the full price for the higher priced postage cost and at half postage cost for all other purchases.

Please ask all questions prior to buying. We try our best to respond as soon as possible. Please allow up to 24hrs for a reply during the week and 48hrs over the weekend. If you do not receive a reply, please resend in case any message is blocked as spam.
 

We know that you will be pleased with your purchase from Gifts2gogo but realise that, on occasion, there may be a need to return an item to us. If an item arrives faulty or damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 7 working days. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, please sign carriers delivery note accordingly. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received back into our warehouse, we will issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs.

If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to cancel the order, then in line with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you can do so provided you inform us of your decision as soon as possible after ordering or within 7 working days of receipt at the latest. The item must not be used and must be as new when returned to us. Once you have informed us that you wish to return goods under the DSR, you have 28 calendar days to do so, at your own expense. Once the item is received at Gifts2gogo, we will issue a refund within 28 calendar days to your original payment method..
