ABOUT ME:-
My Name is MARK and i have been in the mail order sector for some 32 years picking up a vast knowledge of the business as i have gone along. I have two dispatch points one near Manchester the other Bigger & Secured one near Leicester (no callers sorry) also there are plans for a website in the near future alongside this one. I am constantly sourcing products from around the world and i also buy with recycling in mind as this is important for our future generation.
SHIPPING:-
All goods are send out First Class (unless stated) or by sign for Courier. "Important Notice" Shipping Days:- Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays From October to April, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday sometimes Thursday Morning from May to End September. Items are dispatched as soon as payment is received on the above day's
PAYMENTS:-
I DO NOT USE PAYPAL and Will not be using it in the future so please Don't Ask. TERMS:- Cheque, Postal Order, Bac's for overseas, Online Payment via Nochex no account is needed for this & its Free. ALSO payment by credit/debit card over the phone 35p administration fee for this service as we are charge this and more.
TERMS OF SALES:-
I always strive to rectify any problems as they occur SHOULD they occur, And returns are welcome for anything broken in transit. Anything returned with no fault's will NOT be entertained, as i will take it that you are returning it just because you don't want it, if this turns out to be the case YOU will NOT be payed return postage fee's. As with all Business's your rights are protected by trading standards and we do abide to them to the letter.
