Hello and thank you for dropping by, I've been making hats for quite some time now as a hobby and not so recently decided to make it into a business, I'm new to ebid as an ebay user who's looking for more outlets, I also have a website www.everythingknitted.com so please drop by :) I do a 7 day return though to date I've never had anyone want to return any of my items and I have a city and guilds in customer service so I like to think I look after my customers, I usually use royal mail for postage though I've started to use me Hermes for larger parcels as it's more cost effective for the customer, thank you again for dropping by and I hope you like my hats I make as much as I love making them :) ps sometimes you will see the odd jumper and other items as I'm expanding my items :)
