Essex Market Place is a "Power seller" on another well know auction site with good feedback.
As eBid don't charge crazy fees like other auction sites therefore everything i am selling on eBid is cheaper than the other auction site so buy with confidence.

P&P
I post items on daily basis and obtain proof of postage to assist my customers if needed, if any order miss the post that goes out very next working day. I don't aim to make profit on p&p and more than happy to combine the postage wherever its possible.
Returns
It don't normally come to this point as i try my best to describe the items in detail but still if you are not happy with your purchase you have 7 days to return the item from the date of purchase(no question asked). Item must be in original packing (resale able condition) and all refund exclude the p&p you've paid and unfortunately buyer has to bear the postage cost to return the item.
